Well, it’s been a while!
The reason for abrupt ending of my daily photoblogging was good old timezone.
I traveled to the US last month. It was a work trip, but I had a week of personal travel beforehand. I went to a few different places, most notably, the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park, and drove a cool car, the BMW X5.
The timezone difference is about 12 hours. Because I was traveling, and I was pretty exhausted with all the walking around (and slipping down on snow!), I wasn’t able to get to the computer on time to post pictures. By the time I prepared something, I realized my ‘streak’ was gone because one full day had passed since the last post was published.
I could have scheduled posts early on to prevent this, but I wanted to upload fresh photos from the day, and by the time I arrived, rested, and transferred all the files, it was already too late.
Of course, I could have backdated the posts, and it wouldn’t have been a big deal. But as soon as the streak was gone, procrastination kicked in. Eventually, two days became two weeks, and now I have almost a month’s gap.
Not that anyone was missing, though. :sadstorybro:
That’s the reason I’ve been missing in action. And to kickstart the clock again, I have come up with a macro shot of coffee beans taken with the small but mighty Canon RF 35mm ƒ/1.8 Macro.

Really like this one! Love the texture of the beans! Come on, hope you can get your streak going again!
Thank you! I love how they turned out in black and white! Makes me want to turn every photo in black and white. 😆 But that’d be cheating, haha!
