
Dubbed the Mighty Padma, the only way to cross this enormous river for hundreds of thousands of people in Bangladesh was by a number of junkyard-worthy ferries.
Thankfully, ever since the grand inauguration of the Padma Bridge, the ferry terminals, as that seen in the photo, remains largely empty.
Still, this serene place is crowded by Dhaka dwellers as it makes for a quick getaway from all the concrete and chaos of city life.
